Stay on track and easily manage your medication with Schedule My Fill from Optum Specialty Pharmacy.

With Schedule My Fill, you don’t have to worry about setting up delivery of your monthly refill — we’ll take care of it for you. If you’ve been taking the same medication for at least three months, you may be eligible to enroll in our self-service refill program, Schedule My Fill.*

When you sign up for Schedule My Fill, you are enrolled through the calendar year. Before the end of the year, we’ll contact you to set up a clinical assessment and talk about your options for filling your medication for the next year.

Here’s how it works:

  • When your refill is due, we’ll send you a text reminder along with shipping updates.
  • We’ll bill the approved amount to the payment method on file and ship your medication to the address you provided.

That’s all. It’s that simple.

Program Details

Shipping your medication
Before we ship your medication, you will get two text messages confirming your expected delivery date. If you need to change or cancel your order, call us at 1-855-427-4682. If you do not cancel or change your order, your medication will ship as planned.

Clinical assessments
You must complete clinical assessments at least once a year. Clinical assessments may be more frequent based on your treatment. 

Text messaging data rates 
Standard text messaging rates apply. Use a keyword when replying to these messages. You may opt out of text messages by texting “STOP”. This will also disenroll you from Schedule My Fill.

Returned shipments 
Returned shipments cannot be accepted unless the medication was damaged in transit or there was an error on our end. It is your responsibility to alert us if you do not want the shipment sent.

You can disenroll from Schedule My Fill anytime. If we try to reach you with questions about your treatment or prescription processing details and can’t reach you, you may be disenrolled from the program.
